Please allow 4–6 weeks for production before your order is shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier, and are separate from production time.

We offer international shipping. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or invalid addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship the order at the customer’s expense.

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been shipped.
