RETURNS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all packaging included.

To start a return, contact us at @sesame.gallery1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non refundable.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

PREORDER NOTICE

All items are made to order. Please allow 4–6 weeks for production before shipping.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this production timeframe.

Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or issues caused by the shipping carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect or invalid addresses provided by the customer cannot be refunded.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship the item at the customer’s expense.
